Facilities, provides support to all programs of the Marin County Office of Education at four owned sites, four rented facilities and numerous classrooms throughout Marin County. Staff (secretary, maintenance workers, custodians, maintenance custodian, office utility worker, and director) are charged with the cleaning, maintenance, security, and landscaping of all owned facilities and the four rental facilities. General Services provides specialized furniture building, repair of furniture and equipment, modification of facilities in accordance with current needs and government regulations, and delivery service for business information and county mail. Staff coordinates annual Mandated Topics training for school district staff through the financial support of the Marin Schools Insurance Authority.
