In fall of 2009, a group of superintendents and school board trustees came together with the support of the Marin County Office of Education to review potential opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the public school districts in Marin now called Efficiency and Effectiveness (EE) Task Force.
Statement of Purpose
Shared Services means that school districts collaborate with one another and other entities to efficiently maintain or enhance their educational offerings, administrative operations, and other school activities. By sharing services, school districts can leverage collective strengths, focus on economies of scale, and reduce reduntant efforts.
