Sonoma Napa Solano Fire Oct 2017

Update on Marin Schools

Air Quality Message from Marin County Public Health Officer - October 16, 2017

Thankfully with favorable wind conditions and better fire containment air quality is rated as moderate today throughout Marin. It is safe for children to be outside and physically active at recess today.

While this improvement is likely to be sustained, the situation remains unpredictable. Some  areas may see changes in air quality and schools should continue to monitor the health of their children. Children with asthma should use their asthma action plans have their medicines close at hand. If the situation changes we will of course communicate any updates.
