Second Interim Reports
We are in the process of reviewing Second Interim reports. We expect to have draft letters to superintendents and DBOs on April 10, 2018. As always, we appreciate your review and quick turnaround.
GO BONDS
Please include Roy Given, Marin County Department of Finance, in plans to issue or refinance general obligation bonds funded with ad valorem taxes. Education Code 15140 requires a district governing board to provide the county auditor and county treasurer with a copy of the authorizing resolution and debt service schedule in sufficient time to permit the county to establish tax rates and to establish a debt service fund.
