The Paraeducator Workshop series is designed to provide intensive training for paraeducators to provide/enhance their skills necessary to work as a special education paraeducator in public schools.
- October 11th: Technology in the Classroom – learn to navigate the technology used by paraeducators in the classroom. Hands-on experience navigating commonly used apps to enhance learning.
- October 25th: Supporting the Language Development of Children and Adolescents – Learn typical milestones for language development and strategies to support students with difficulties in expressive, receptive and social language.
Substitute 101 Workshop
Marin County Office of Education will offer a Substitute 101 Workshop to support new substitute teachers in the development of effective classroom instructional skills and positive learning experiences for students. The workshop will be offered on Thursday, November 3rd from 9:00am-2:30pm.
