Efficiency and Effectiveness Collaborative

  • Background
    In fall of 2009, a group of superintendents and school board trustees came together with the support of the Marin County Office of Education to review potential opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the public school districts in Marin. The group is now called the Efficiency and Effectiveness (EE) Task Force.
     
    Statement of Purpose
    Shared Services means that school districts collaborate with one another and with other entities to efficiently and effectively maintain or enhance their educational offerings, administrative operations, and other school activities. By sharing services, school districts can leverage collective strengths, focus on economies of scale, and reduce redundant efforts.
