  • CPIN Transitional Kindergarten Series – starts September 7, 2016 through May 17, 2017

    Marin County Office of Education Early Childhood Education Quality Improvement Project and California Preschool Instructional Network (CPIN) present the Bay Region 4 CPIN Team who will lead this eight part Transitional Kindergarten 2016-2017 workshop series. Discover developmentally appropriate tools and strategies for curriculum development.

    Early Childhood Education Certificate Program – Ongoing

    This program is designed for working professionals.  All courses are online and field experiences can be completed in your own classroom or workplace.  Participants finish the program over the course of one calendar year.

    DRDP 2015 Meaningful Observation Module 2 – November 5, 2016

    Learn about: the purpose of observation, observing and collecting evidence, organizing an observation system, reviewing and reflecting on documentation and rating the DRDP (2015).

    Class Observer Training – November 28 & 29, 2016

    By invitation only, participants will understand what the CLASS tool measures, understand the link between effective teacher-child interactions and children's learning gains, identify the teacher-child interactions associated with each CLASS dimension, code classroom videos using the CLASS measure, and have access to online CLASS Reliability Certification Testing after completion of two day training.
