  • Toddler CLASS Observer Training - January 13 and 14, 2017

    Participants will:

    • Understand what the Toddler CLASS tool measures
    • Understand the link between effective teacher-child interactions and children's learning gains
    • Identify the teacher-child interactions associated with each Toddler CLASS dimension
    • Code classroom videos using the Toddler CLASS measure

    Making Connections with CLASS - January 10, 17 and 24, 2017

    In this three week hands-on series participants:

    • Learn the 10 dimensions of the Pre-K CLASS tool
    • Understand the benefits of using the tool in teacher child interactions and cognitive development
    • Reflect on classrooms strengths and areas to grow 

    CPIN Transitional Kindergarten Series – Continues through May 17, 2017

    Marin County Office of Education Early Childhood Education Quality Improvement Project and California Preschool Instructional Network (CPIN) present the Bay Region 4 CPIN Team who will lead this eight part Transitional Kindergarten 2016-2017 workshop series. Discover developmentally appropriate tools and strategies for curriculum development.

    Early Childhood Education Certificate Program – Ongoing

    This program is designed for working professionals.  All courses are online and field experiences can be completed in your own classroom or workplace.  Participants finish the program over the course of one calendar year.
