Child Find
If you know a child between the ages of 3 and 22 who seem to have difficulty learning, help is available. The purpose of Child Find is to identify, locate, and evaluate children and youth who are suspected of having or have a diagnosed disability or developmental delay, in order to provide appropriate special education services under the law.

North Coast Beginning Teacher Program - "Be a Teacher" Intern Program Overview
The North Coast Beginning Teacher Program is a regional consortium comprised of multiple county offices of education, universities, and over 100 school districts, charter schools, and private schools throughout Del Norte, Humboldt, Lake, Marin, Mendocino, Napa, Nevada, Solano and Sonoma Counties. The NCBTP administers state-approved credential programs and provides support to new and aspiring teachers across the service area.
