Google Apps for Education Bootcamps – June 14, 2016 and June 24, 2016

Project Based Learning - June 7, 2016
You are invited to meet with a group of Marin County project based learning thought leaders and Krisin De Vivo, the recently named Executive Director of Lucas Education Research. The purpose of the meeting is to explore potential avenues of collaboration between the Marin education community and Lucas Education Research. Project Based Learning Institute (PBL) - August 3-5, 2016
The Buck Institute for Education and the Marin County Office of Education offer three opportunities: PBL Institutes 101 and 201; Instructional Coaching Academy; Leadership Academy for Administrators.
National Board Certification of Marin County Teachers
MCOE will be starting its second year of partnering with Stanford University's National Board Resource Center to deliver profound professional development to our Marin County teachers. MCOE hosted the National Board Certification (NBC) Orientation last month in which teachers from seven districts attended. Beginning this August, the 2016-17 Marin Cohort classes will be held at Ross School. For more information, please contact Education Services at 415.499.5878. Registration is still open!
