Yogi tea quote: "Overcome the notion that we must be regular...it robs you of the chance to be extraordinary."
This week Miss Celia brought in a sunflower plant that we germinated in our classroom last year. She planted them at her house and they grew to about 15 feet! We harvested the seeds and we will germinate them again in the spring.
Full circle!
We also made a yummy friendship stew with veggies and chicken!
Enjoy the weekend!!!

Yogi tea quote: "Happiness is an accomplishment."
Happy Friday!!! This week we continued discussing friendships and keeping calm when you are angry or frustrated. Isa came by for a visit and we took her for a walk. In honor of Aretha Franklin we started making a banner about the song "Respect".
Have a great weekend!!!

Yogi tea quote: "Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished."
The last day of the week is FRIIIIDAY!!!
The past couple of weeks we have been talking about problem solving and compromising. We made a Pictello story about taking turns and staying calm to help solve problems. We also discussed how to be a good friend by sharing, listening and compromising. We will talk more about this the rest of the month. Today we hung out with Mr. Norwood's class for a fun Friday filled afternoon!
BETTER LUCK NEXT SEASON GIANTS!!!!!
