Ok, I admit, this month has not been healthy eating month.   :(

I blame it on Valentine's Day!  We just had to make some yummy cookies and decorate them.  Making the cookies involved math, vocabulary words, vocational/life skills, socializing.... So there was learning going on....  It wasn't just about the end result of delicious cookies!

Hello everyone!!  This week we continued our unit on American history and establishing the 13 colonies.  Life was hard back then and people had to make a lot of their own food.  Did someone say food!!!!  So we decided to try making our own butter.  Yum!  It was a huge success of course.
