    Emotional Freedom Techniques for General & Special Educators part 5 of 5 - March 10, 2020

    Participants will have the opportunity to learn techniques to help students reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, physical and emotional pain, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

     

    Supporting Students with Special Circumstance Assistance - March 10, 2020

    Participants will learn how to develop goals as well as procedures to develop a fade plan for special circumstance assistance.

     

    Changing Perspectives: Promoting Awareness & Inspiring Empathy - March 11, 2020

    This training will introduce a proactive solution to reduce bullying and social isolation while supporting teacher's work to build an inclusive community and align with Social Emotional Learning standards.

     

    How to Design a Day of Effective Direct Instruction for Students With Significant Learning Needs (Diagnostic Center North) - March 17, 2020

    This workshop will present strategies for identifying how to group students for small group instruction, the important elements of direct instruction for all students, ideas for curriculum design, and tips for management and implementation of a well designed educational day.

     

    Learning Ally Cohort Day #2 for K-8th grade Educators - March 17, 2020

    Increase student outcomes for all struggling readers, creating inclusive, equitable classrooms for all learners, reduce barriers to implementing the Learning Ally Audiobook Solution, discover ways to integrate Learning Ally audiobooks and have ample practice and experience applying that learning.

    Assistive Technology Training Part 3 - March 24, 2020

    Learn how to produce written language using your voice, explore word prediction, word walls, modifiable text and organization templates, leave with strategies to redefine what writing looks like in your classroom.
