Mental Health Resources - Redwood Credit Union

Our partners at Redwood Credit Union joined with Jennifer Miller, author of Confident Parent and Confident Kids, and Julia Barragan, Director of the National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI) to develop level specific, diverse, informative, and well-executed videos to utilize with students and parents. The focus is wellness and positive coping skills as families address with isolation, and remote learning during these unprecedented times.

Please share far and wide with your staff and families. The videos are short, interactive, and have a specific message appropriate to each grade level-- K-2, 3-5, 6-8, and 9-12. It portrays “students speaking to students” and encourages parents to watch with their children.  It is an excellent homework assignment as well.

Thank you to Redwood Credit Union for producing the video. We are fortunate to be the recipients of these useful tools in addressing wellness and mental health.
