    A​s districts’ needs for technology services have evolved, so have MCOE’s strategies for meeting those needs.   Our Information Services department works in all areas of Technical Support and Services, not just as the provider of services for the County Office and its staff but for all School Districts in Marin. 

    Information Services and Business Services work together to provide business data processing to most Marin County public school districts. The services provided include payroll, finance and fiscal inventory.

    Information Services also hosts a computerized student information system for a number of districts in the county to facilitate student attendance, class scheduling and grade reporting.

    Information Services operates the electronic mail systems, Internet services, Help Desk, and the internal MCOE local area network. It also manages a wide area network consisting of ATT telecommunications services, Comcast services and associated equipment. 
     
    Our MarinCOE Information Systems Department uses a Help Desk ticketing system.   To submit your request for technical support please log into the HelpDesk system using your full email address.
