Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)

Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) is a vital part of education. It is well documented that SEL helps students and adults develop the skills to manage emotions, build positive relationships, and make caring, responsible decisions. SEL fosters empathy, supports healthy identities, and prepares young people to acheive personal and collective goals.  By integrating SEL, we can address inequities, build stronger school communities, and empower students to thrive.
