Employment Verification Process

Thank you for contacting us with your employment and/or income verification request. 

We now use Verifent to provide proof of your employment and income! Using Verifent allows us to respond to verification requests securely, transparently, and in a timely manner, ensuring your life events (loans, financing, benefits, etc.) are not held up.  

Either you as the employee or the agency needing verification can initiate the process using the instructions below.

Instructions:  Visit www.verifent.com.

Register as a Verifier:

o   Click “Get Started”

o   On Getting started with “Verifient,” select “Register”

o   If you are a current or past employee, register under employee

o   If you are a verifying agency, register as under verifier

Submit your request through the Verifent portal. Visit the “Request an Employment or Income Verificationguide for detailed instructions.

What You’ll Need:  Our Organization Code (8C2EE7)

o   Employee’s Full name (as used during employment)

o   Date of birth & Last four digits of SSN

o   Proof of consent

To view your completed verifications provided to verifiers (lenders, apartment complexes, government agencies, etc…), please visit www.verifent.com, click on the ‘Get Started’ button, under ‘Employee’ click on ‘Login.’
