Maintenance Director's Report
On July 15, 2015 a workshop was held for District Business Officials and Maintenance / Facilities Directors regarding SB 854, Labor Compliance for Public Works Projects. Phil Henderson, an attorney specializing in construction, public works projects and labor compliance provided updated information on the law, its requirements and implementation strategies. As a follow up to the workshop, the September 10, 2015, meeting of the Maintenance Director's Collaborative will continue the focus on SB854. Below are some resources from the meetings.
