Effort to reform the commercial side of Prop 13
A resolution is again circulating as an endorsement of California Senate Constitutional Amendment 5 (SCA 5), legislation introduced by State Senators Holly Mitchell and Loni Hancock to fix an alleged structural flaw in Proposition 13. The "fix" would subject corporations and commercial property to annual reassessments. Additional resources are available below:
