Safe Schools - Beyond Differences

On December 8, the Marin County Office of Education in collaboration with Beyond Differences will be presenting a seminar on “Exploring Inclusion and Social Isolation” for 5th through 8th grade teachers, administrators and counselors.  Please join us to hear guest speakers explore links between social isolation and adverse health outcomes in children, and creating a sense of community among students with diverse backgrounds.  The Student Mental Health Initiative has funds to cover staff substitute costs.  Contact Lisa Schwartz at 499-5804 or 499-5589.
