Career Pathways Grant - Upcoming Workshops

Northern California Career Pathway Alliance (NCCPA) is presenting:

Tips and Tools to Master Scheduling

A one-day workshop for anyone involved in the master scheduling process will be held on March 12, 2015, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Sonoma County Office of Education.  Participants have an option to sign up for a 2-hour consultation this spring with a master schedule expert at their school site. Please visit the Northern California Career Pathway Alliance website to register.

Experiential Site Visits

Join the NCCPA partners in this "don't miss" opportunity.  Engage with and learn from students, teachers, administrators, and partners in some of our more developed pathways.   NCCPA recommends that a leadership team (of 2-3 district, school site, and/or community leaders) participate in the site visits.  NCCPA will spend time in the classroom, provide time for conversation with the principal, teachers, and students, and engage in a pathway planning activity.  Lunch will be provided.  The visits are on a first-come, first-serve basis, and each has a limit of 20 participants.  Current site visits scheduled are:

  • Terra Linda High School on March 12, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 pm
  • Casa Grande High School on April 14, 2015 time to be determined
