Every three years, the Marin County Office of Education, in conjunction with local school districts, must submit to the Superintendent of Public Instruction a plan for the provision of education services to all expelled youth in the county.  The current plan, approved for 2012-2015, was reviewed by district and COE representatives on March 10.  A description of current practice was solicited from districts to be incorporated into the triennial update.  MCOE will draft the 2015-2018 plan and forward to districts for review.  In June, a final draft will be forwarded to districts for approval by local boards.
